Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing K-Secrets.ca, your go-to destination for authentic Korean beauty products. We strive to offer an excellent shopping experience with transparent, reliable shipping practices. Please review our shipping policy below for important information about our delivery process.

1. Shipping Locations

We proudly ship our products worldwide, with the exception of Israel. This is due to the ongoing (40+ years of) humanitarian crisis and violations of international law in Gaza and the West Bank, as documented by the United Nations and other Humanitarian Rights Organizations. 

We stand against acts of violence and human rights abuses, and we cannot, in good conscience, continue business operations in such a region. This is in alignment with our commitment to human dignity and justice and we will never prioritize human lives, over profits, ever. Please reach out for more information, if required.

2. Processing Time

Once your order is placed, please allow 1-2 business days for processing. During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive an email notification with information once your order has shipped.

3. Shipping Rates

We offer affordable shipping rates to various countries. The final shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your location, the weight of your items, and the shipping method chosen.

  • Domestic Shipping (Canada): Standard shipping rates apply for orders within Canada. Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost.
  • International Shipping: We offer international shipping to many countries around the world, with rates calculated at checkout.

4. Delivery Times

Delivery times vary based on the destination and the shipping method chosen:

  • Domestic Orders (Canada): Typically delivered within 5-7 business days.
    • Within the GTA (Greater Toronto Area): deliveries will be expeditious i.e., within 3 business days as we are based out of Toronto and complete GTA deliveries ourself.
  • International Orders: Delivery times for international orders depend on the destination country and shipping service. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.

Please note that international customers may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees depending on the laws of the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of shipping.

5. Shipping Partners

We work with trusted shipping carriers to ensure timely and safe delivery of your products. These include:

  • Canada Post;
  • USPS (for U.S. shipments);
  • DHL;
  • FedEx; and 
  • Other regional carriers depending on the delivery location

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress and estimated delivery date. If you have not received your tracking information within the expected timeframe, please feel free to reach out to our customer service team for assistance.

7. Lost or Damaged Items

While we take every precaution to ensure your order is safely delivered, sometimes issues may arise during transit. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with our shipping partners to investigate the issue and resolve it expeditiously.

8. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide at checkout is correct and complete. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information. If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible to make the necessary corrections, however, we cannot guarantee the correction if your item as already been shipped.

Return Policy

Thank you for your interest in K-Secrets! We take great pride in providing high-quality skincare products, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. To ensure the safety and hygiene of our customers, please carefully review our return policy.

1. Hygiene and Safety Standards

For the safety and well-being of our customers, we do not accept returns on any opened skincare products. Once a product has been opened or used, it cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Unopened Products

If your product is unopened and in its original, unused condition, we may accept a return within 14 days of receipt. The product must be in its original packaging, with all seals intact, and free of any damage or tampering. Please note that the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns to ensure the safe delivery of the product.

3. Return Process

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The process and rules for returns will apply to the item you wish to return and a new order must be placed for the item you desire to purchase.

5. Pre-Purchase Assistance

If you’re unsure about a product or need assistance, please feel free to contact us before making a purchase. Our customer service team is happy to provide guidance to ensure that the products you choose are the right ones for your skin type and concerns.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged due to health and safety reasons:

  • Opened or used skincare products;
  • Sale or discounted items;
  • Gift cards.

7. International Returns (U.S., EU and Countries outside of Canada)

For customers located outside of Canada, please note that return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, and you may be subject to customs duties and taxes when returning items which will be the responsibility of the customer. We recommend reviewing your purchase carefully before completing your order to avoid any inconvenience and reach out to us if you need help determining the best product fit for you!

8. Refunds

Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect the product and if it is in original condition, will process your return and issue a refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that the return shipping cost is non-refundable.

9. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item, and we will assist you with a replacement or refund.
